Narita Express ( NEX ) [ Narita - Tokyo Station ]

Trains run every 30 minutes, except in the mornings between 9 and 12 am, when there is only one train per hour. The NEX starts separately in Shinjuku and Yokohama and then these two trains couple in the Tokyo Station.
(Extra train schedule information) Of the 23 trains per day, there are 6 trains direct from Shinjuku - Tokyo - Narita Airport, 5 trains direct from Yokohama - Tokyo - Narita Airport and 12 trains join at Tokyo, from Shinjuku as well as from Yokohama. There are actually 4 trains daily coming from Ikebukuro via Shinjuku, and 2 trains coming from Ofuna via Yokohama. Many trains also stop at Shinagawa, and some in the evening also stop at Chiba and Narita.
The NEX costs 2890 Yen ( U.S.$ 1 = 107 yen) from Tokyo in the normal reserved seats car and 4890 Yen in the Green Car (1st class reserved seats). Seating is reserved, but when all seats are taken, standing room is available - however for the same price. JR also offers a rapid train service, which is much cheaper (1260 Yen).

Airport Bus Transportation  [ Narita - Tokyo Station ]

There are two companies offering Airport Bus Transportation:
The Airport "Limousine" Shuttle Bus and the Keikyu Bus (Keihin Kyuko Bus).
The Airport "Limousine" Shuttle buses and Keihin Kyuko buses run at regular intervals between Narita Airport and hotels in the metropolitan area, including of course the Tokyo station (Tokyo central station).
Currently, transport facilities are overcrowded due to congestion everywhere in Japan, especially during rush hours in the morning and in the evening. And, when there are big crowds, the cars runs at an average speed of 19km/h in the 23 wards throughout Tokyo. This is one of our social problems! Therefore before you choose your transportation methods please bear these factors in your consideration.

Super Express Train [ Tokyo - Odawara Station ]

There are three types of trains based on speed. However, you must take the "Kodama" express because it stops at Odawara station. The other two types ("Hikari"@and"Nozomi") do not stop at Odawara. Therefore be careful only to take the "Kodama" express from any location (however, transfer using these faster trains is possible but can be complicated).
The Super Express (Shinkansen)" Kodama" from Tokyo station (JR) to Odawara station leaves every 30 minutes. Departures leave from platforms #14-19. There are only two stops between Tokyo and Odawara (Shinagawa and Shin-Yokohama). Reservations are not required on the Super Express "Kodama in Ordinary Class". However, within the "kodama" train, you can reserve more expensive seating in the Green (1st class) car. Both reserved (cars #8 through 12) and unreserved seating (cars # 1 through 7) is available in Kodama Ordinary Class. It takes 35 minutes to go from Tokyo to Odawara station.

So you can easily find the Hotel Bus (Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa). In case of any trouble, please contact Conference Headquarters via dialing: 090 8850 8380.

Nb- If you have time, you may choose a Local train from Tokyo to Nebukawa but takes 90 minutes versus the 35 minutes via the express train.
